Usage:
JK101 is a nonionic hydroxypropyl guar polymeric which is modified from guar gum. JK101 is of suitable substitution level, good dispersibility/dissolvability and high co***tibility with anionic, cationic and nonionic surfacents. JK101 has been widely used in oilfield as fracture fluid with its excellent electrolyte-resistance, viscosity stability and good shear dilutability.
Adding certain amount of JK101 into drilling mud, it can give the mud features like moisture-keeping, lubricating, reduce water loss and damage to stratum.
The normal level of use in fracture fluids is 0.3-0.5% by weight.
Dissolving Method:
Add JK101 into deionised water, blend to make it dissolve, then add citric acid and adjust PH to around 6. Viscosity is quickly released and the solution becomes viscous.
Packing:
25Kg net weight multiwall paper bags with lined PE bags. Seaworthy packing. Kept in dry and cool places
